The meat carving platters are approximately 20" x 15" x 1 1/4". They weigh roughly 11 lbs. Weight varies slightly with wood availability. The cutting side features juice grooves and a juice well. The reverse side of the board is a standard flat cuttingboard. There are finger holds on each end. I customize each board from different hardwoods to accentuate the bright and contrasting colors. Final board results will vary slightly as every piece of wood is unique with its own hues and grain patterns.
