Offcuts is a one-man shop located in Portland, Oregon. A number of years ago I retired and took up woodcraft as a hobby. Eventually I settled on making wood cuttingboards as they allowed me some creativity on relatively small projects while working with beautiful woods. I use 6 basic board patterns. 
Since every piece of wood has its own color and grain characteristics, each board I make is unique. I try to come up with designs that draw out the colors and patterns of the natural woods. If I use more than one wood I make every effort to emphasize how well the woods complement each other. Because each piece of woods is unique, when selecting a board pattern that pleases you, please be aware that I will attempt to match it a closely as possible to the displayed sample. However, ultimately every board will be unique itself, even though the pattern will be very close to what you have chosen.
